Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete your intake forms, and bring your current contact lenses and glasses.

Your Prescription · 처방전 안내

Under California law, contact lens prescriptions are valid for at least one year and eyeglass prescriptions for at least two years, unless a shorter period is medically necessary.

캘리포니아 법에 따라 콘택트렌즈 처방전은 최소 1년, 안경 처방전은 최소 2년간 유효합니다. 단, 의학적으로 필요한 경우 유효기간이 더 짧을 수 있습니다.

Should you choose to fill your prescription at THE EYEZ OPTIQUE, our opticians, under the direction of a specialist with forty-three years in optical science, will guide you through frames, lenses and a final hand fitting. VIP Optometry and THE EYEZ OPTIQUE are separate, independently operated businesses.
